Abstract: A Lolita non piace a sorridere. Kevin non sa vendere. A Hamid non piace il suo capo. Hanno vent'anni, sono senza un diploma e alla ricerca di un lavoro. Per sei mesi i tutor di un ufficio di collocamento cercano di insegnare loro "le regole del gioco": il comportamento da avere e il linguaggio da usare per ottenere un impiego oggi. Osservando lo svolgimento di questo training, il film rivela l'assurdità delle regole, a cui però non si può sfuggire.
Lolita doesn't like to smile. Kevin doesn't know how to sell. Hamid doesn't like his boss. They are 20 years old without a diploma and looking for a job. For six months the coaches of a Job Center try to teach them the "Rules of the Game": the attitude to have and the language to use in order to get a job today. Observing this training, the film reveals the absurdity of the rules, which, however, you cannot escape.
