Abstract: La scoperta di tombe comuni contenenti i corpi di più di trenta uomini assassinati durante la guerra civile spagnola colpisce profondamente il villaggio di Santaella. Settant'anni dopo le uccisioni, è una lotta per la dignità quella che viene intrapresa con pale e picconi. Mentre scaviamo nella terra, ci addentriamo nella memoria dei figli delle vittime.
The unearthing of common graves containing the bodies of more than thirty men assassinated during the Spanish Civil War deeply impacts the village of Santaella. Seventy years after the killings, it is a fight for dignity which is undertaken with shovels and pickaxes. As we dig in the soil, we delve deep into the memory of the victims' children.
