La fiaba "I quattro musicanti di Brema" con i quattro animali (asino, cane, gatto e gallo) è la metafora unificante per la diversità dei musicisti ritratti in questo film.
A documentary about music making and its importance in the lives of ordinary people. Not professionals who only make music for their own pleasure. The fairy tale "The Town Musicians of Bremen" with the four animals (donkey, dog, cat and cock) is the unifying metaphor for the diversity of the musicians portrayed in this film.
