Abstract: La Cimade è un'associazione francese che fornisce protezione giuridica ai migranti, anche a quelli illegali. Nei Paesi Baschi, c'è un centro di detenzione per stranieri a Hendaye. La Cimade aiuta i migranti che si trovano lì, ma anche durante la permanenze a Bayonne e nella prigione del luogo. Il film segue i volontari durante 9 mesi nel loro lavoro di raccolta delle testimonianze dei migranti illegali, fornendo punti di vista inediti sui centri di detenzione per stranieri in Francia.
Cimade is a French association that provides legal protection to migrants, including illegal ones. In the Basque Country, there is a detention center for foreigners in Hendaye. Cimade helps migrants there, but also during their stay in Bayonne and in the local prison. The film follows the volunteers during 9 months in their work of collecting testimonies from illegal migrants, providing never-before-seen perspectives on the foreigner detention centers in France.
