Abstract: "L'ospite d'onore": Dopo l'omicidio di Miss Ferguson, il dectetive di Scotland Yard è deciso a convincere John Bedford a confessare. Così organizza un pianoin cui coinvolge un'attrice che si fingerà il fantasma della defunta. "Cella 227": Herbert Morrison è destinato alla pena di morte per un omicidio. Nel frattempo a causa dei continui insulti da parte di Pops Lafferty decide di ucciderlo, tanto a questo punto non ha nulla da perdere. "Tutto a posto": un marito infedele insieme all'amante viene aggredito da un delinquente mentre sono in auto. Courtney chiude l'uomo nella macchina e temendo di essere ricattato lo uccide dopo aver riaccompagnato la ragazza a casa.
