(I. Lacuesta).

The film is based on a question: is it possible to make thoughts, emotions, and feelings visible? Departing from a set of MRIs conducted on the head of Isa Campo, the film-maker’s partner, interspersed with reflections on such unusual images of the human body – the artificial, non-analogic images of magnetic resonance – the film works on the relation of the visibility of the body with the invisibility of thought and emotions. The technological image derived from magnetic resonance is an opportunity to test the limits and potential of cinema, and also to wonder about the essence of memory. “I believe everyone would have liked at some point to be able and guess what others think. This story begins the day I decided to enter the head of Isa, my beloved partner. I had photographed her thousands of times, but photos never go through bodies, nor do they allow you to capture their ideas. Was there a way to know what she really thought or felt?” (I. Lacuesta).
