Abstract: Shatila: il nome evoca massacri e morti. Questo film sceglie di concentrarsi sui vivi. Mostra frammenti di vita in una certa zona: 150 metri della strada principale del campo, così come il primo piano dell'ospedale Ghaza. C'è l'attesa, la difesa della causa, il ritorno dei profughi e la rivoluzione. I protagonisti ci raccontano la loro vita nel campo. A Shatila, il tempo è sospeso e queste persone vivono sospesi sopra un abisso, non hanno nulla da aspettare.
Shatila: this name evokes massacres and the dead. This film chooses to focus on the living. It shows fragments of life taken in a certain area: 150 metres of the main road of the camp, as well as the first floor of the Ghaza hospital. There is the waiting, the defense of the cause, the return of the refugees and the revolution. The characters tell us the stories of their life in the camp. In Shatila, time is suspended and these people are living over an abyss, they have nothing to look forward to.
