Abstract: Il documentario č tratto dal dramma “Verso Damasco”, per la regia di Jeppe Debois Baandrup, Morten Kjems Juhl, Michael Madsen. Il punto di partenza č l'opera teatrale “The Road to Damascus” che August Strindberg scrisse 100 anni fa su un uomo che si perde nella propria mente e ha perso fiducia nelle proprie emozioni e in quelle degli altri. Sulle orme di Strindberg, viaggiamo da Copenaghen a Damasco, cercando risposte, perdendo ripetutamente la strada, ma trovando comunque una via d'uscita. Lungo la strada, siamo accompagnati dalla voce di Sten Johan Hedman
. The documentary is based on the play To Damascus, directed by Jeppe Debois Baandrup, Morten Kjems Juhl, Michael Madsen. Starting point for the film was formed by the play The Road to Damascus that August Strindberg wrote 100 years ago about a man who gets lost in his own mind and has lost faith in his own emotions and those of others. In the footsteps of Strindberg, we travel from Copenhagen to Damascus, looking for answers, repeatedly losing our way, yet still finding a way out. On the way, we are accompanied by the voice of Sten Johan Hedman.
