Abstract: All'inizio del XX secolo, un edificio fu eretto nel cuore di Parigi per ospitare gli operai del 14° distretto. L'indirizzo: 156 rue Raymond Losserand. Oggi, è inutile pronunciare il nome della via ai poliziotti, il "156"è ben noto in ogni commissariato parigino. Ma al di là di questa triste reputazione, la "156"è un luogo dove le famiglie parigine di basso ceto restano unite con valori di amicizia, rispetto e senso dell'onore. "Life Goes On"è un film poetico e personale sulla felicità e l'angoscia della vita moderna in città.
At the beginning of the 20th century, a building was erected in the heart of Paris to house the factory workers of the 14th district. The address: 156 rue Raymond Losserand. Today, it's no use giving the name of the street to the policemen, the "156" is well-known in every Parisian police station. But beyond this sad reputation, the "156" is a place where low-class Parisian families stick together with values of friendship, respect and sense of honour. "Life Goes On" is a poetic and personal film about happiness and distress of modern city life.
