Abstract: Per quanto l'umanità possa ricordare, il destino del mondo è stato governato dagli uomini, quelli di genere maschile. Ma oggi, in un'epoca in cui possiamo viaggiare nello spazio esterno con la stessa facilità con cui distruggiamo il nostro pianeta, qualcosa è cambiato sulla Terra. Ciò è avvenuto nel corso del XX secolo, quando le donne hanno di mostrato che potevano farcela senza il loro predominio maschile. Come uomini, abbiamo scoperto che le nostre compagne non immaginavano la vita di coppia alla stessa nostra maniera. Forse anche la loro concezione del mondo è diversa dalla nostra. Alcuni di noi hanno respinto l'onda anomala del femminismo, mentre altri l'hanno usata per ridefinire le basi della loro virilità.
As far back as humanity can remember, the destiny of the world has been ruled by men, those of the male gender. But, today, at a time when we can travel to outer space as easily as we destroy our own planet, something has changed on Earth. This happened during the 20th century, when women showed men that they could manage without their domination. As men, we discovered that our female companions didn't envision life together in the same way that we did. Perhaps it is even their conception of the world that is different from ours. Some of us rejected the tidal wave of feminism while others used it to redefine the foundations of their virility.
