Abstract: La giovane Aya vive spensierata con la madre nell’isola di Lahou, al largo della Costa d’Avorio. La sua casa è però minacciata dall’innalzamento del livello dei mari. Sebbene il suo paradiso sia destinato a essere inghiottito dalle onde, Aya è decisa a non abbandonare la sua terra.
The young Aya lives a carefree life with her mother on the island of Lahou off the Ivory Coast, where her home becomes threatened by rising sea levels. Even though her world is destined to be consumed by the ocean, Aya is determined not to abandon her home.
