Abstract: Giovanni Battista, venerato santo dalla Chiesa, ha vissuto a lungo come asceta nel deserto. Manipolando un footage variegato, Alazard illustra la storia di un sovversivo per dare vita a un’elegia contadina militante che si trasforma in dichiarazione politica.
John the Baptist, venerated as a saint by the church, lived many years as an ascetic in the desert. Manipulating varied footage, Alazad illustrates the subversive, giving meaning to a militant peasant elegy that transforms into a political declaration.
