Abstract: L'aria calda e appiccicosa pende come uno strato di nebbia spessa sull'affollata Mott Street, la strada di mercato pił popolare di Chinatown. Delfino sta lottando per ottenere ad ogni costo la cittadinanza americana. John sta lottando per una licenza edilizia che gli permetterą di costruire quattro nuovi piani nel suo condominio. Vito ha finalmente vinto il jackpot e sta progettando di godersi la pensione nella soleggiata Florida. Tre uomini lottano per realizzare i loro "american dreams". Qui le strade sono lastricate d'oro e le opportunitą sono infinite. Riusciranno a raggiungere i loro obiettivi o i loro grandi piani andranno in fumo come i fuochi d'artificio del 4 luglio?
The hot sticky air hangs like a layer of thick fog over the crowded Mott Street, Chinatown's most popular market street. Delfino is struggling to attain his US-citizenship at any cost. John is fighting for a building permit which will allow him to build four new floors onto his apartment building. Vito has finally won the jackpot and is planning to enjoy his retirement in sunny Florida. Three men struggle to accomplish their "american dreams". Here the streets are paved with gold and the opportunities are endless. Will they reach their goals or will their big plans go up in smoke like the fireworks on the 4th of July?
