Abstract: "Northern Lights"è la storia d'amore tra due fratelli, che seppure in modi diversi, sono entrambi insicuri nel mondo. I fratelli intraprendono un viaggio verso nord per vedere l'aurora boreale, ma ciò che stanno davvero cercando è l'altro e l'intimità che un tempo condividevano. Il viaggio si rivela piuttosto complicato. Samuel, il fratello maggiore, ha un grave danno cerebrale e gli sforzi del fratello minore Simons per comunicare con lui sembrano vani. Simon e Samuel partono alla ricerca dell'aurora boreale. Ma è più facile ammirare l'aurora boreale, oppure trovare la luce dentro di sé?
"Northern Lights" is a love story between two brothers, who, although in different ways, are both insecure about the world. The brothers embark on a journey north to see the Northern Lights, but what they are really looking for is each other and the intimacy they once shared. The journey proves to be quite complicated. Samuel, the older brother, has a severe brain injury and younger brother Simons' efforts to communicate with him seem in vain. Simon and Samuel set off in search of the Northern Lights. But is it easier to admire the aurora borealis, or to find the light within yourself?
