Abstract: Tre uomini divorziati di mezza età lavorano insieme in una piccola agenzia di assicurazioni in fallimento, situata nell'appartamento in affitto del direttore. Anche se sono molto intelligenti, hanno senso dell'umorismo e una buona istruzione, non hanno assolutamente idea di come gestire un'impresa, e la loro azienda perde denaro ed è continuamente sull'orlo del fallimento. Il film documenta i tentativi del figlio del manager, anche regista del film, di unirsi a questo eterogeneo equipaggio all'inizio della recessione, e salvare l'azienda che sta fallendo.
Three middle-aged divorced men work together in a small, bankrupt insurance agency, located in the manager's rented flat. Although they are very intelligent, have a sense of humour and a good education, they have absolutely no idea how to run a business, and their company loses money and is constantly on the verge of bankruptcy. The film documents the attempts of the manager's son, also the film's director, to join this motley crew at the beginning of the recession, and save the failing company.
