Abstract: All'inizio degli anni '70, alcuni avvocati di sinistra si sono opposti alla Germania federale. La DDR era allora percepita da alcuni come uno stato restrittivo. Gli avvocati difendevano i membri della RAF, organizzazione terroristica di sinistra, e non avevano paura di essere pubblicamente associati a loro. Il film riflette sulle vite di questi avvocati e come le loro varie biografie riflettano la storia della repubblica federale.
In the early 1970s, some left-wing lawyers opposed federal Germany. The GDR was then perceived by some as a restrictive state. The lawyers defended members of the RAF, a left-wing terrorist organisation, and were not afraid to be publicly associated with them. The film reflects on the lives of these lawyers and how their various biographies reflect the history of the federal republic.
