Abstract: Sulla triplice frontiera tra Brasile, Colombia e Perù, le città gemelle di Letícia e Tabatinga formano un'isola urbana circondata dalla foresta amazzonica. Le linee di confine sono segnate dalla densa vegetazione tropicale. Il film si basa su un'immersione nella vita quotidiana della triplice frontiera e dei suoi abitanti. Un luogo segnato dal flusso costante di persone di diverse etnie e nazionalità, dove culture ancestrali e contemporanee vivono fianco a fianco.
On the triple frontier between Brazil, Colombia and Peru, the twin towns of Letícia and Tabatinga form an urban island surrounded by the Amazon forest. The border lines are covered by the dense tropical vegetation. The film builds on an immersion into the daily life of the triple frontier and its inhabitants. A place marked by the constant flow of people from different ethnic backgrounds and nationalities, where ancestral and contemporary cultures live side-by-side.
