Abstract: Sulla strada da Izmir ad Istanbul, Azir prende una rivista del "National Geographic" da leggere in viaggio. Sfogliando le pagine, nota la foto di una band con strumenti comuni costruiti da Rums negli anni '20 e poi abbandonati. A Aziz cresce il desiderio di raccontare la storia di quegli strumenti. Deve trovare i nipoti delle persone che li hanno costruiti e assicurarli che sono al sicuro. Così inizia il suo viaggio per imparare ciò che i libri di storia non gli hanno insegnato.
On the way from Izmir to Istanbul, Azir picks up a 'National Geographic' magazine to read on the road. Flipping through the pages, he notices a photo of a band with common instruments made by Rums in the 1920s and then abandoned. Aziz's desire to tell the story of those instruments grows. He needs to find the grandchildren of the people who made them and assure them that they are safe. So he begins his journey to learn what history books have not taught him.
