Abstract: "Bogotā Change" racconta la storia di due sindaci carismatici, Antanas Mockus e Enrique Peņalosa che, utilizzando metodi poco ortodossi, in meno di 10 anni hanno trasformato una delle capitali pių pericolose, violente e corrotte del mondo in una cittā pacifica, popolata da cittadini modello. Attraverso le testimonianze dirette di Mockus e Peņalosa e alcuni membri chiave del loro staff, il film rivela le idee, le filosofie e le strategie che sono state alla base dei cambiamenti a Bogotā e che ora vengono esportate in altre cittā del mondo. "Bogota Change" tells the story of two charismatic mayors, Antanas Mockus and Enrique Peņalosa, who, using unorthodox methods, in less than 10 years have transformed one of the world's most dangerous, violent and corrupt capitals into a peaceful city populated by model citizens. Through the first-hand accounts of Mockus and Peņalosa and key members of their staff, the film reveals the ideas, philosophies and strategies that underpinned the changes in Bogotá and are now being exported to other cities around the world. This film is part of the "Cities on Speed" series.
