Abstract: Durante la lavorazione del film sul 2° festival panafricano del luglio 2009, i problemi del paese ospitante si sono invitati si sono riversati per le strade di Algeri: l'incubo del fondamentalismo vissuto dal paese, una gioventů che gride e gioisce, artisti internazionali che rivendicano i diritti dei popoli: in mezzo a tutto questo il film registra il presente e tenta di cogliere un promessa per il futuro.
During the making of the film about the 2nd Pan-African festival in July 2009, the problems of the host country were invited to spill out onto the streets of Algiers: the nightmare of fundamentalism experienced by the country, youth shouting and rejoicing, international artists claiming the rights of peoples: in the midst of all this, the film records the present and attempts to capture a promise for the future.
