Abstract: Durante la dittatura comunista in Romania (1945-1989), migliaia di persone hanno rischiato la vita nel tentativo di fuggire dal paese. La disperazione li faceva inventare i metodi pių incredibili per attraversare illegalmente la frontiera. Alcuni di loro riuscirono a fuggire, molti persero la vita in questi tentativi. Il film, un mediometraggio di finzione, č ispirato a una storia reale: quella di un uomo che ha cercato di attraversare illegalmente il Danubio usando una bombola di ossigeno.
During the communist dictatorship in Romania (1945-1989), thousands of people risked their lives in an attempt to flee the country. Desperation made them invent the most incredible methods to illegally cross the border. Some of them managed to escape, many lost their lives in these attempts. The film, a medium-length fiction film, is inspired by a real story: that of a man who tried to illegally cross the Danube using an oxygen cylinder.
