Il film esplora questo tema intraprendendo un viaggio per il pianeta e incontrando persone con opinioni tra loro diversissime. Oltre a ricercatori scientifici, scienziati credenti, leader di sette religiose, seguaci marxisti, guaritori miracolosi e profeti autoproclamati, incontriamo Earnie Chambers, il pił longevo membro del Senato del Nebraska, che ha intentato causa a Dio presso un tribunale degli Stati Uniti.
Questions about the existence of God and his manifestations have always questioned mankind. The film explores this theme by undertaking a journey around the planet and meeting people with very different opinions. In addition to scientific researchers, believing scientists, religious sect leaders, Marxist followers, miracle healers and self-proclaimed prophets, we meet Earnie Chambers, the longest-serving member of the Nebraska Senate, who has sued God in a US court.
