Abstract: Un anno dopo l'arrivo di Dominique Voynet al comune di Montreuil, il Collectif Othon (formato da Gaëlle Bantegnie, François Bégaudeau, Antoine Derouallière, Xaviers Esnault, Thomas Fourel, Camille Lotteau, Olivier Jacquin, Stéphanie Vincent) ha documentato le evoluzione di un processo di democrazia partecipativa, dal municipio agli abitanti, dagli abitanti al municipio. Un anno di indagine per capire come funziona il principio democratico.
One year after Dominique Voynet's arrival at the Montreuil town hall, the Collectif Othon (formed by Gaëlle Bantegnie, François Bégaudeau, Antoine Derouallière, Xaviers Esnault, Thomas Fourel, Camille Lotteau, Olivier Jacquin, Stéphanie Vincent) documented the evolution of a participatory democracy process, from the town hall to the inhabitants, from the inhabitants to the town hall.
