Abstract: "Attraverso mia sorella Vanesa, mi sono avvicinato al mondo di Amadeu. Entrambi hanno la sindrome di Down. Lo scopo di tale avvicinamento era conoscere i loro sogni e affrontare la mia preoccupazione per il futuro. Nel film Amadeu e Vanesa riflettono su una serie di argomenti scelti in anticipo come i loro sogni, i sentimenti e le persone che gli sono vicine. Non si presentano come due persone con la sindrome di Down, ma semplicemente come loro stessi, unici e speciali. Questo progetto documentario è lo specchio che mi restituisce il riflesso di mia sorella, della mia famiglia e, in un certo senso, di me stessa" (L. Reinón)
"Through my sister Vanesa, I approached the world of Amadeu. They both have Down syndrome. The purpose of this approach was to learn about their dreams and address my concern for the future. In the film, Amadeu and Vanesa reflect on a number of topics chosen in advance such as their dreams, feelings and people close to them. They do not present themselves as two people with Down syndrome, but simply as themselves, unique and special. This documentary project is the mirror that gives me back the reflection of my sister, my family and, in a way, of myself' (L. Reinón)
