Abstract: Questo documentario è stato girato poche settimane dopo la conclusione di un grande conflitto armato che ha quasi portato il paese alla guerra civile, con le milizie che combattevano per le strade di Beirut. Il film esplora come i conflitti della guerra civile abbiano influenzato gli artisti locali a comporre la propria musica. La scena musicale è molto varia, con generi che vanno dal pop, all'hip-hop, all'opera, alla classica, alla tradizionale araba, all'acustica e al rock. I vari generi musicali sono eseguiti in tre lingue: Francese, Arabo e Inglese.
This documentary was shot a few weeks after the conclusion of a major armed conflict that almost brought the country to civil war, with militias fighting in the streets of Beirut. The film explores how the conflicts of the civil war influenced local artists to compose their own music. The music scene is very diverse, with genres ranging from pop, hip-hop, opera, classical, traditional Arabic, acoustic and rock. The various musical genres are performed in three languages: French, Arabic and English.
