Abstract: Ogni due anni, la piccola città di Beverungen (Germania) celebra con particolare convinzione la sua Schützenfest, la festa tradizionale dei tiratori. I festeggiamenti sono incentrati su una gara di tiro, dove il vincitore viene proclamato Re. Il film documenta l'edizione 2008 di questa festa molto amata dalla gente del posto e che richiama il turismo interno.
Every two years, the small town of Beverungen (Germany) celebrates its 'Schützenfest', the traditional shooters' festival, with particular conviction. The celebrations centre on a shooting competition, where the winner is proclaimed king. The film documents the 2008 edition of this festival, which is much loved by the locals and attracts inland tourism.
