Abstract: Il "Museum of Non Participation" era un museo del gesto costituito da workshop, un giornale, interventi in pubblico ed eventi organizzati per le strade. Sostenuto da Artangel Interaction, il Museo, che aveva sede a Londra, occupava uno spazio dietro un negozio di barbiere situato sulla Bethnal Green Road. Il film, girato in Pakistan, India e Regno Unito, č pių della documentazione dei viaggi che sono stati intrapresi durante la sua realizzazione. La narrazione del film č caratterizzata dalla successione e dall'interruzione. Una scena o un evento non viene mai visitato due volte, cosė il film diventa un assemblaggio cumulativo di voce, immagine, citazione, attore e situazione.
The 'Museum of Non Participation' was a museum of gesture consisting of workshops, a newspaper, public speaking and street events. Supported by Artangel Interaction, the Museum, which was based in London, occupied a space behind a barber shop on Bethnal Green Road. The film, shot in Pakistan, India and the UK, is more than a documentation of the journeys that were undertaken during its making. The film's narrative is characterised by succession and interruption. A scene or event is never visited twice, so the film becomes a cumulative assemblage of voice, image, quote, actor and situation.
