Heyden crea opere ispirate dal fiume Eno a Durham, North Carolina e mette in evidenza come la natura, la musica e la sua educazione, ispirata al Bauhaus alla School of the Arts di Zurigo, diano forma alla sua tessitura.
Visually stunning portrait of Swiss tapestry weaver Silvia Heyden. The film captures the inner dialogue and meditations of an extraordinary artist caught in the moments of creation. The film follows the artist during a year of weaving and reflections on the creative process and life experiences. Heyden creates works inspired by the Eno River in Durham, North Carolina and highlights how nature, music and her Bauhaus-inspired education at the School of the Arts in Zurich shape her weaving.
