Abstract: La vita di un accampamento nella foresta del bacino congolese è sconvolta dagli effetti della globalizzazione: il disboscamento e la fine dell'albero bruco, il cambiamento climatico. Il film si interroga sui legami di trasmissione tra le generazioni, sul rapporto con la storia e la memoria in questa regione dove persistono le tracce dell'origine del mondo.
The life of a camp in the forest of the Congolese Basin is disrupted by the effects of globalisation: deforestation and the end of the caterpillar tree, climate change. The film questions the links of transmission between generations, the relationship with history and memory in this region where traces of the origin of the world persist.
