Abstract: Per la prima volta nella storia della Danimarca, il sistema giudiziario ha permesso di filmare interamente un processo. Il caso riguarda un uomo che ha ucciso il suo migliore amico con una spada da samurai: si è trattato di un tragico incidente oppure di un atto intenzionale? La posta in gioco è alta per l'imputato che deve rievocare la notte in cui è morto l'amico e che, in caso di colpevolezza, rischia una condanna molto pesante.
For the first time in Danish history, the court system has allowed a trial to be filmed in its entirety. The case concerns a man who killed his best friend with a samurai sword: was it a tragic accident or an intentional act? The stakes are high for the defendant who must reenact the night his friend died and who, if found guilty, risks a very heavy sentence.
