Abstract: Nasrin e Sara sono due iraniane che vivono a Berlino. Entrambe sono attive sul tema dei diritti umani e sulle questioni femminili nel loro paese d'origine. Nasrin ha iniziato le sue contestazioni al regime dello Shah alla fine degli anni '70 ed č ancora attiva contro l'attuale governo. Sara č fuggita con sua madre a Berlino, quando, all'etā di 8 anni ha perso suo padre in un attentato. Ha iniziato la sua attivitā politica con la "rivoluzione verde" nel 2009. Il film mostra le somiglianze e le differenze tra le azioni politiche degli anni 70/80 e quelle di oggi. Mostra anche i cambiamenti tra le generazioni degli iraniani in esilio e come sono legati tra loro.
Nasrin and Sara are two Iranians living in Berlin. Both are active on human rights and women's issues in their home country. Nasrin began her protests against the Shah's regime in the late 1970s and is still active against the current government. Sara fled with her mother to Berlin when, at the age of eight, she lost her father in an assassination attempt. She started her political activity with the 'Green Revolution' in 2009. The film shows the similarities and differences between the political actions of the 1970s/80s and those of today. It also shows the changes between generations of Iranians in exile and how they are connected.
