Abstract: Un artista - un minuto: 29 miniature cinematografiche presentano i membri del più antico gruppo di artisti di Norimberga. Fondato tra le rovine della città bombardata nel 1947, gli artisti non cercavano tanto un nuovo stile d'avanguardia, ma l'interesse del pubblico e le possibilità di esposizione in un'epoca "senza arte". La mancanza di un programma artistico si rivelò essere la forza del gruppo, e così “Der Kreis” (“The Circle”) diventò il gruppo di artisti più importante e conosciuto della Baviera settentrionale. Scultori, pittori, artisti concettuali costruiscono il ricco potenziale artistico di questo gruppo, che oggi rappresenta tre generazioni.
One artist - one minute: 29 cinematographic miniatures present the members of the oldest artist group of Nuremberg. Founded in the ruins of the bombed city, in 1947, the artists were looking less for a new “avant-garde” style but for public interest and possibilities of exhibition in an "artfree" time. The lack of an artistic programme turned out to be the strength of the group and therefore “Der Kreis” (“The Circle”) developed into the most important and well-known artist group in Northern Bavaria. Sculptors, painters, conceptual artists build the rich artistic potential of this group, nowadays representing three generations.
